1. How we collect and store information about our visitors

1.1 Providing information to us

We do not collect identifiable information about our visitors, unless you purchase an item from our online store by digital download, or through mail order. We collect your email address if you you sign up for our newsletter, and we will send you information about The Old Boys Network band and related music and product downloads.

We do not send your informaition to any 3rd party apart from our payment provider (see section 2) when you make a purchase.

1.2 Gathering anonymous user information

We collect anonymous usage statistics from our website to collect information on what OBN web pages people are visiting and what they might purchase form our site. We may use Google Analytics services, and share this information with them to analyse this information, and Google may share this information with other parties.

2. What we do with your information when you provide it

2.1 Processing Payments

We store and send the information you provide to our payment processing provider, (Paypal) when you make a purchase. This information may include your name, telephone number, address details, and the goods you order.

We DO NOT store your payment details (credit/debit card details, Paypal information) online, although Paypal will store your information in relation to the goods you purchase. Please see www.paypal.co.uk for more information.

If necessary, we will supply our payment provider with any information relating to a purchase you make that they request. This might include providing personal information such as name, address, telephone and email address information, as well as information on the goods you purchase for example if requested.

2.2 Newsletter

We supply a newsletter to visitors and customers of our website if they choose to subscribe. We store the name and email address you provide to do so. We do not supply this information to 3rd parties. You may unsubscribe at any time from this service by clicking the link in the left menu, or following the link in the supplied email. We will delete your contact information from this service when you unsubscribe.

3. The Right to Amend this Policy At Any Time

We reserve the right to amend our privacy policy at any time. We will inform subscribers of any changes via our newsletter. Revisions will be published on this site.
